Liberty Specialty Markets appoints David Knopf as Senior Underwriter Fine art & Specie

We are pleased to announce that David Knopf joined our Fine Art & Specie team in Cologne as Senior Underwriter on October 1, 2025.

He began his career with a dual degree focused on insurance and went on to spend 17 years in the specie insurance sector, first as an underwriter and later as deputy head. David brings extensive experience and expertise in security engineering and specie insurance to Liberty Specialty Markets, along with a strong commitment to innovative solutions and sustainable risk concepts.
