Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) and Liberty Mutual Reinsurance (LM Re) are trading names for various members of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, some of which are set out below.

When we offer insurance products to you (the policyholder) we will make sure we tell you which insurer in our group will underwrite the policy.

LSME is supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances and licensed by the Luxembourg Minister of Finance as an insurance and reinsurance agency.

LSME is licensed by the Luxembourg Minister of Finance as an insurance and reinsurance agency with authority to enter into contracts of insurance and reinsurance on behalf of Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE, Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. and Syndicate 4472 which is managed by Liberty Managing Agency Limited.
