Niala is Head of Casualty Claims at Liberty and is both ACII qualified and a Chartered Insurer. With over 25 years' industry experience, she has held several key roles across commercial insurance, medical malpractice and claims operations.
Niala is highly engaged in industry initiatives. She serves as co-chair of the Lloyd's Managing Agency (LMA) General Liability Group and sits on the LMA US and International Business panels, where she influences market discussions, strengthens standards and contributes to shaping the future of liability insurance. She is also a member of Liberty International Insurance's Global Casualty Product Board.
