Based in Sydney, Raymond focuses on civil construction project risk assessments and surveys in support of Underwriting and Claims Teams across Australia and Asia.

Personal Profile

Raymond joined Liberty in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the civil construction industry.

Having graduated with Honours in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales, Raymond started his career as a Geotechnical Engineer. He progressed to work for international multi-disciplinary design consultants participating in a wide range of large infrastructure projects, followed by joining a global insurer as a risk engineer providing services for construction, natural hazards and climate change lines of business.
