Information Technology & Project Management Office (PMO)
Cindy is responsible for all aspect of Technology function across APAC as well as the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) which covers Project Governance, Change Management and Project Delivery.
Cindy joined Liberty in 2002 and leads a team of business-focused tech professionals in managing and delivering system solutions across the region. Since 2021 Cindy has taken on additional responsibility to include the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), which covers project governance, change management, as well as the delivery of key initiatives across the region.
Prior to joining Liberty, Cindy has worked for a number of organisations in the financial sector including investment banks and General Insurers delivering tech capabilities in the Finance, Accounting and Tax domains.
Cindy holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting and Information Systems), Master in Technology Management as well as a Master of Business Law from University of New South Wales. She is also a certified Information Security Manager.
